We continuously improve our routines and guidelines to protect our systems against data breaches, accidental loss, or destruction. Sensitive personal data is always handled in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and with a high level of security.

Cloud Services

Our Learning Portal is a digital cloud service. Using cloud services provides several advantages, including:

  • Enhanced opportunities for collaboration among our students
  • Easy sharing of materials, both within the training and externally
  • Access to services regardless of location and time

Cloud services mean that information is stored with external providers and made accessible to the user via the internet. Currently, these cloud services are connected to Decisionware’s website. The information still belongs to Decisionware, and we control who has access to it. To ensure that personal data is not shared further, we have signed a data processing agreement with our provider. Data storage takes place within the EU.

What Happens When I Finish My Training?

When you attend a course with us or otherwise gain access to our digital services, we inform you about how long you will have access. Your user account is normally deactivated when you leave the training, and data is deleted or anonymised some time afterwards. If you wish to keep course materials after your training, you must transfer them to a private account or your own storage location. We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary.

Please note that course materials from our training are our intellectual property, and you must accept our “Terms of Use” to use them. However, some information must be retained for a longer period as required by law or by contract, in order to fulfil obligations to your employer or for invoicing purposes.
